lsd, formally known as lysergic acid diethylamide, is a potent psychedelic substance that is excellent for microdosing routines. the effects are often reported as light and easy on the body, with most of the effect felt in the mind. some people experience fractal visuals at higher doses, while most report a sense of calm purpose and awareness of the world around them.
lsd was first synthesized by swiss chemist albert hofmann in 1938 from lysergic acid, a chemical derived from the hydrolysis of ergotamine, an alkaloid found in ergot, a fungus that infects grain. lsd was one of various lysergamides hofmann synthesized from lysergic acid while trying to develop a new analeptic. hofmann discovered its effects in humans in 1943, after unintentionally ingesting an unknown amount, possibly absorbing it through his skin. he wrote a famous report on the experience called the bicycle ride.
lsd is often approached with hesitation. one of these reasons is its street name “acid”, which is particularly abrasive and dangerous sounding. another reason is that lsd should not be taken lightly, and dosing matters. if you ingest too much lsd, and in the wrong setting, you can do damage to your mental health and experience what is called a “bad trip”. However, these experiences can be easily avoided, and you can garner the positive effects of lsd, through microdosing and controlling your dose.
a conventional “tab” of acid contains approximately 100 micrograms of lsd. the products that we offer from osmosis are divided into pieces which contain 5 micrograms in each portion. This means that ingesting 1 piece is like doing a twentieth of a tab of acid. this is the point of a microdose; to take small amounts of a substance to garner positive effects.
if you want to reach into a higher journey, you can slowly add to the experience with a method called stacking. take 5 micrograms, then wait 45 minutes. if you like where that brings you, stay there. if you want to push into a higher realm, take another 5 micrograms. experiment with this method to reach your ideal dose. A great product for experimenting with this method is the lsd light drops.

It’s rather simple actually and in the word itself. Psychedelic microdosing is when a very low dose of any given psychedelic, let’s say psilocybin, is taken. It is so low of a dose that in fact you won’t feel any of the full body effect, but surely will still unlock the potential of your mind and creativity. This style of dosing has been examined in a lot of research, and has been suggeted to slowly transform the neurotransmitters of the brain over time – very subtly but effectively. This has become increasingly popular in those that want to steer away from the western world’s medicine into a more natural source of healing.
Whether it is in raw mushroom, pill or edibles form – these recommended starting points will apply to all forms. Depending on your desired effect or mood, there are different doses available when taking shrooms.
0.2g to 0.5g / 20mg to 50mg – The recommended dose for beginners, which it the starting point to most people when they are just starting out and trying the microdose route. At this small dose, you will not feel the effects of psilocybin. It is recommended for those who want to reduce anxiety or simply unleash their creativity. This style of microdosing works best when taken at regular doses. It’s worth to mention that some people will try to take it on and off to not overload the brain or cause their tolerance to increase too quickly. For example: someone starting out might take a 50mg capsule for 4 days on and 3 days off, for the duration of about 2-4 weeks to feel the subtle effects of the microdose working.
0.8g to 1.5g / 80mg to 150mg – The ideal dose for those who are not first-timers but are looking for a mellow and chill effect. When taken at this dose, one may feel similar mild effects comparable to cannabis.
1.5g to 3g / 150mg to 300mg – This dose is recommended for those that have some experience taking shrooms prior. One can expect mild effects and a good trip with this dose. This is the ideal dose if you are looking for a psychedelic trip or enhanced sensory experience.
3g+ / 3000mg+ – This dose is definitely recommended only for experienced users. It offers a different kind of high that can be overwhelming for first timers. The effects of this would be similar to almost the full effects of a trip, this could last for as long as 4-8 hours. For all those taking this dose, they should be careful with controlling their environment/mood prior to the best trip possible.
These are just our recommendations based on some of our psychedelic connoisseurs’ experiences and through collecting feedback from our customers. These are still recommendations and all doses should still be taken with high regards.

Cornwall is a city in Eastern Ontario, Canada, which located where the states of New York, Ontario, and Quebec meet. It is the easternmost city in Ontario and the county capital of the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas, and Glengarry.
The city’s coat of arms is based on the duchy’s, with the duchy’s colours inverted and the addition of a “royal tressure,” a Scottish emblem of royalty. Cornwall is named after the English Duchy of Cornwall.
It serves as the urban hub for the nearby towns of Long Sault and Ingleside, the Mohawk Territory of Akwesasne, St. Andrews West, Apple Hill, Williamstown, and Lancaster, and the adjacent settlements of Glen Walter, Martintown, Apple Hill, and St. Andrews West and Avonmore.
On the St. Lawrence River’s banks, Ontario Power Generation’s visitor centre tells fascinating stories of biodiversity, including the American Eel, while also highlighting the history of the St. Lawrence Seaway and Power Project and the communities and individuals it affected.
The Historic SDG Jail, built in 1833, has rich in regional history. Numerous escapes took place there, and the building also functioned as an asylum, a place of refuge, and a courthouse of note.
The Jail, which had a capacity of about 35 convicts, was frequently overcrowded. Sometimes the jail’s conditions were brutal, other times they were just. Even the families of the convicts occasionally lived there.
Numerous people passed away at the jail, whether by hanging, disease, suicide, or occasionally even physical violence. Not to mention the many unidentified bodies that are buried in the practise yard.
Cornwall’s Waterfront Trail is a dedicated multi-use trail that spans the city’s entire waterfront and is ideal for walkers and cyclists of all skill levels. It offers breathtaking views of the Cornwall Canal and the St. Lawrence River. The Saunders Hydro Dam, a must-see, and Lamoureux Park are just a couple of the attractions it connects to. It is ideal for all abilities of cyclists and walkers. The personnel at the Cornwall Visitor Center, located at 100 Water Street East in the Cornwall Civic Complex, will assist you with trip planning and answer any questions you may have.
The Wood Family constructed the stone structure that houses the museum. Jonas and Sarah Wood, United Empire Loyalists, landed at Cornwall’s future location in 1784. They drew lots for their new homesteads here, replacing the property they lost in the former 13 Colonies, along with hundreds of other Tory exiles. In 1806, William Wood’s son and his wife Sarah Dixon bought 200 acres that faced the St. Lawrence River and bordered the river road, just west of Cornwall. They first constructed an inn there before using stone from the Cornwall Canal or from a never-built British fort to build the current home there around 1840.
A garden centre with something for everyone! Hanging baskets, all varieties of flowers, vegetables, fruit trees, and ornamental are shown. There are many large greenhouses where they cultivate all of their products. Going apple picking in the fall is a terrific idea, and make sure to purchase any doughnuts produced on the premises.
