unfortunately, due to laws that prohibit the export or import of controlled substances, we do not ship internationally. all of our products are cultivated or created within canada and are available to canadians over 19 years of age exclusively.
faded exclusively sends mail with canada post. we use xpresspost, which is a 2-3 day delivery service that comes with a tracking number.

browse the online store just like amazon or any other online shopping experience. add your desired products to your cart, and proceed to the check out page.
at the checkout page you will need to enter your email, so we can keep in touch with you regarding the progress of your order. we do not share your email with anyone. if you create an account, your email, address and order history will be saved for future purchases.
we do not adjust orders from the back end. if you have made a mistake on your order, please place a new one. orders that are unpaid will be automatically deleted in seven (7) days.
payments
once you have checked out you will recieve a confirmation email with your order details, and instructions on how to pay. faded uses the safe, discreet method of email money transfers (e-transfers) which can be done from your mobile banking app or on your computer right after you place your order.
currently, we do not accept credit cards. the only method that we use is the safe, discreet method of e-transfers (email money transfers).
there is a 5% processing fee on all orders.
returns and refunds
refunds are considered on a case by case basis. customer service is our first priority but demands must be reasonable.
if your products are faulty / broken, we do not accept returns, but will send you a replacement. as for “i didn’t feel it” unfortunately this is not a valid excuse. all of our products are tested by experienced psychedelic users before they hit the shelves.
